Miss Caitlin got a Manic Panic stripe today in Atomic Turquoise.  It’s good to let a pro get you started (this requires de-colorizing the natural pigment, aka bleaching).  While Manic Panic does fade quickly, it’s easy to maintain the vibrancy at home.
